Hints & Tips: Cut the edges of the carrot and slightly grind it on all sides when cleaning it. Carrots are grated when used raw in salads or cut in thin slices when are cooked. They are not preserved in a fresh condition for long time in the fridge. After one week they tend to loose they hardness and become very soft. Better to keep them on a bag.
