| INGREDIENTS |
- large mussels as many as you want
- 1 onion
- salt - pepper
- rice
- cones or almonds
- olive oil

| METHOD |
Wash the mussels very well and rub them carefully . Put them in a saucepan with some water and boil them until open .
Prepare the stuffing . Cut the onion into very small pieces and cook it in a pan with some oil for two minutes .
Add some salt , pepper , rice , the cones and stir for another 2 --3 minutes . When ready stuff the mussels .
Then close them carefully put them in a saucepan with some water and some oil and cook them until the rice is ready . |
