| INGREDIENTS |
- 1 kg fish steaks
- Flour
- lemon
- salt
- vinegar
- Oil for frying

| METHOD |
Wash the fish well and drain it. Sprinke it with the lemon juice and pour flour on both sides of each fish steak. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish. Fry until it gets a golden brown colour on both sides. Serve with garlic sauce. |
