Sole in cream and yoghurt sauce - (Glwssa me krema galaktos kai yiaourti)

NOTES
Quick and easy recipe for making fish fillets, like sole.
Greek : Γλώσσα με κρέμα γάλακτος και γιαούρτι

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 - 600 gr frosted sole fillets
  • 125 gr (1/2 cup) yoghurt
  • 125 gr (1/2 cup) cream
  • Butter for frying
  • Salt
  • Fresh pepper
  • basil

METHOD

Defrost the fish fillets and place them in a buttered frying pan. Mix the cream with the yoghurt, the basil, the salt and the pepper. Pour the mixture over the fish fillets. Cover the frying pan and bring fillets to a boil. Then lower the heat and simmer for 5 - 10 more minutes.
