 Boiled eggs in lemon oil sauce

NOTES An easy to prepare meze (appetizer), to accompany ouzo.

| | INGREDIENTS - 6 boiled eggs
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt
- Pepper

| METHOD Mix the oil, the lemon juice and the mustard in a bowl. Let the eggs cool, after boiling, and cut each one in 4 pieces.
Place them in a plate. Add salt and pepper and pour over the dressing. |
